At Bella Ballerine, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Bella Ballerine.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bella Ballerine is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@bellaballerine.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order.
