Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During collection launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Free Shipping
We offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on orders over $150.
Orders below $150 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Bella Ballerine is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bella Ballerine is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
